- Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Direct Bank Transfer. Payments must be settled as per the chosen payment option during checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times provided at checkout are estimated (typically 3 to 5 working days). Unforeseen delays caused by courier services or weather conditions are beyond our control.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight and delivery destination during checkout.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof via WhatsApp or email.
- Exchange Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
